Returned item still on my bill

I returned a Chromebook in June, you confirmed you had received it but its still on my bill.

We didn't confirm anything as we are all customers here so when did you return it and when is your next bill due to be paid as there might be a crossover here.

It was delivered on the 19th of June and the return confirmation email was sent on the 22nd June.

To confirm they were returned in June, if so you will need to call Sky about this, if you got proof of posting with tracking information that will help as well.
