Returned iPad Air 11inch. Waiting refund and still on my account

I returned an iPad Air 11 inch 

when will I recieve my refund and also when will that device come off my account please?

Returns are taking around 2-3 weeks atm I believe.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
