Returned hub

I returned my old hub back to Sky on the 9th December and still getting on the app after to return my goods or I will be charged, I have confirmation this has been delivered back so why don't they update the system?

The company that handles the return are not the quickest so as you have proof of sending it off then either use one of the social media links at the bottom of the page to message Sky or call them about this.

If you have only contacted them today then you need to give them time to respond to your message and if it might not be removed from your account if the bill itself is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less.

Typical it's a virtual robot that is asking the questions and don't understand, why have it when it doesn't understand 😡! I will need to try and phone then which is always a joy!
