Return charge

New broadband hub with new broadband, was only turned on a couple of days ago but I have been charged for not returning the old hub already it's literally been a few days....... I have been charged 45 pounds I don't think it's fair as it's not even been a week

That does seem excessive. Has the return packaging arrived yet?

I can only suggest you return it asap. Obtain proof of posting and keep it indefinitely. There will obviously be further delays over the holiday period but you should eventually be reimbursed.

Yes I received when I first made the order to change to faster broadband, however it only got turned on a few days ago so havnt been able to connect it up until then so couldn't send back till the new broadband was activated

Yes I received box when ordering faster broadband, the new broadband was only switched on a few days ago so couldnt send back as still using old hub until the new broadband was switched on to use the new hub
