Returned equipment

I have returned my sky equipment after switching broadband, I did it as soon as I received the returns packaging. Took to the  post office and now told it's not arrived and I'll be charged £50 which is completely unfair as I sent it back

@Polly133
We understand returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed and even then Unipart (who deal with the returns) are not the quickest in updating Sky equipment has been received. If you returned it longer ago than that and you’ve kept your proof of posting let us know in this thread and we can maybe get you some help from the Escalation Team. If you haven’t retained it any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. Please don’t post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt.

Re: Returned equipment

Yes, I have proof of postage. Sent on 12/6 but it feels a bit unnecessary being threatened about having to pay £50 when I've returned it.

@Polly133

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works:
https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
