Returned equipment lost

Hi all,

Seems as though this is the best way to get help from Sky so here we go again.

I recently returned Sky Glass after a week.

With it was a puck and a camera and a fourth box contained the stand.

I've received a text from Sky today telling me they have sent out pre paid packaging to return my equipment. I've had confirmation that they have received and accepted the Sky Glass and the camera. Nothing regarding the puck so I can only assume its for the puck. However, I don't have it. Panther came and took 4 boxes (at the second time of asking but again with no box for the TV but that's another story...)

Where do I stand here? Had I returned it via the post office I would have gotten a proof of postage. As it was collected I have nothing...

I'm wary that Sky have my bank details and will retrieve the money for the lost puck without my consent as this kind of issue has the tendency to go bigger than  Ben-Hur (the original - not the cgi remake)

Could somebody point me in the right direction please?

It coud be that for whatever reason that the company that handles the returns for Sky has not scanned in the box that had the puck in it ?
