Charges

I've just noticed on my bill that it's gone up to £149 a month n then in Sept I think it is my TV n broadband is going to go up again to £172, how can they possibly think that that amount is OK to charge that's beyond a joke it's got to be....

There was a price rise on 1st April or July depending in when it has been applied on your account and you might have also had a discount that is ending around the same time as these discounts at most last for 18 months.

Could be the recent annual price increase or

a discount has ended / is ending or

a mixture of both

 

If your discounts have ended or is ending soon you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal or potentially amend your package which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
