Returned Equipment

Hi, 

My broadband contract ended in September, I sent back my equipment nearly a month ago. I am still being told they haven't received it and will charge me, but I have returned it!

What can I do?

Call Sky and give them the tracking number from the receipt you were give when you returned the equipment then they can see that you have returned it so should update your account to reflect this.
