Return sky equipment

I returned my sky hub to you and it's still saying on the website that you have not received it but I checked my receipt and it's saying it has been delivered so why is it not coming up on my account page as that do not want to be charged?

As this is a customer helps customer forum all we can suggest is that you call Sky tomorrow about this to see if they can update the status of it for you. This might have happened as it takes the company that handles returned items up to 3 weeks to book items like this as returned.
