Return packaging delivered to wrong address

My broadband return packaging was delivered to the wrong address. After cancelling my broadband I provided the employee I spoke to a forwarding address for the return packaging to be sent to. However, this was completely ignored and the packaging was sent to my old address. I have no way of getting the packaging and I am finding it impossible to get in touch with someone in order to resolve this!

Hi @Vicky146   You can use your own packaging and print free return labels Here. Remember to keep your proof of posting for at least 6 months. I would also include full paperwork to identify your account etc.

@Vicky146 Sky only send the return packaging to the address they have on record for you. If that's out of date, it would be best to call Sky to record your new address.
