Return of puck

My account is cancelled. No returns packaging / label has been received despite me requesting one 6 times. Royalmail returns will not process my request to produce a returns label /QR code. 
i gave a Livingstone address can i safely return my equipment if i pay the postage. I think its a ploy so Sky will try and bill me for non return of equipment.

What is happening when you try to generate the label yourself after going via here:
