Hello.

I have already returned your Sky equipment but you keep on sending me text messages and you have even send me another box.

You already confirmed by email that you you have received the equipment back, so please stop bothering me.

There will be no automatic contact from Sky due to you posting on here as this is primarily a customer helps customer forum and you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services.

 

I'm not sure about the other box you've been sent or the circumstances of that, but have you returned all loaned equipment and have you still got proof of posting?
