Incorrect bill

I received my bill and noticed that I have X2 £10 administration fees on my bill and wasn't told by the agent when I renewed

Admin charges are usually added to discounted deals (new or on renewal), and it’s normally £10 per discount. Check your future bills if you haven’t already and see if the charges have been credited back. Otherwise if you negotiated the deal on the phone and these admin charge(s) weren’t mentioned, as @PandJ2020 says, you need to contact Sky again. They should be able to listen back on your original call and if they weren’t mentioned they will hopefully cancel them.

I do get the whole admin fee charge Ive been charged on previous contracts but with this contract I've been charged £20 and the was deffo no mention. Thankyou for your advice
