Return of Sky Booster 4 x2
Hey, just received my packaging for returning my Sky equipment, it is asking only for the Booster(s) and nothing else. I see on other threads this is correct, the rest of the equipment is out of contact so doesn't need to be sent back.
However, I have only ever had 1x Sky booster, this was replaced by an engineer as it didn't work, therefore, I can't return what I don't have! Help! Trying to make sure I don't get charged.

Re: Return of Sky Booster 4 x2
Apologies, just canceling Sky Q, Internet, and Talk, all it asks for return is the Sky Booster 4.

Re: Return of Sky Booster 4 x2
Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of 31 days for TV or 14 days for Broadband/Talk so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband
Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

In due course you'll need to return your Sky Q box and possibly your broadband Hub.

Re: Return of Sky Booster 4 x2
Thanks for the answers so far, it seems I'm not explaining myself very well. I have received the packaging and my service ends 14/10 BUT it asks for only 2x Booster 4's. I only have 1, as it was a replacement for one that the engineer took away. Therefore, I am unable to return the 2 items it's asking for.

Re: Return of Sky Booster 4 x2
If you want, prior to sending it off you can call Sky to see if they can update your account to show that you only have the one booster as the other was taken by an engineer.
Then just return what you have got and follow the advice above from us, take a photo of what you have included and also include a note of what you are sending along with your name and account number.
It is also important that you get and keep of posting even if you get anything back from Sky saying they have the equipment.
