Return boxes

I've asked for return boxes to be sent to different address as mum in care home But I haven't received and have missed parcel notes at mums old address.

if you haven't received the boxes then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

Unfortunately Sky send the packaging to the address the account was registered at.
