Restriction but bill not due to be paid

I have woken up today with a text message saying my sky stream has been restricted due to unpaid bill. I set up my direct debits to go out on 26th so why have I been restricted

So, we obviously can't see your bills. Was the February bill paid at the first attempt on 26th?
