Restricted Account on Zero Balance

I can see that this is a common problem with Sky.  My account has been restricted but my balance is £0.  I haven't had any services from Sky for a couple of years and have never owed them money.  I was going to order a new mobile phone contract but this is probably not going to be possible. 

 

Does anyone know to deal with this please?

If you haven't been a Sky customer for a number of years then you need to ignore that account and order the mobile by setting up a new account during the process, if you want to use the same email address it will need removing from the old account first.
