Restoring WiFi

Hello,

 

I have an issue,

I paid for my wifi in full on 7th July. There is saying there is an amount due on my account but I've already paid it and I don't pay it until 7th of august. 
how can I talk with an real person to discuss why they charged me more and can they extend it to the 7th.

You should have a direct debit or automated monthly card payment in place. If you made a manual payment, it's likely to be showing on your Sky account as a credit against your next bill leaving your July bill unpaid which is why your services are restricted.

The is just showing what you are being charged, we need to see what the bill total is, as it might show as a credit.
