Reschedule engineer visit

Hello, 

I originally scheduled for an engineer to come between 1 pm and 6 pm on the 27th of March. After them calling me they told me they could come at 3:30 pm to do my broadband install. However, they turned up at 2:55 pm whilst I was still at work and therefore left. I have tried to cancel and reschedule an engineer however I can't seem to get through to anyone through the automated system or any other avenue. Is there a way around this?
