Requesting a credit refund
I would like to get a refund of the amount shown in credit on my bill i made manual payment like i do everymonth and sky somehow taken money again the day after i have never had money taken from my bank before by sky i always pay manually i havent set up or agreed to a direct debit or continuous payment

Sky's terms and conditions do say that you must have a regaular payment method setup so as you haven't then they are within their rights to take it from the payment details you have been making which could now happen each month.
For the refund we could usually help you via here by escalating your post to Sky about this but this is not available at present so you will have to contact them yourself so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page if it is available should be the number to use:

Once the direct debit or continuous card payment has been processed a credit should appear on your Sky account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would suggest NOT making any unnecessary manual payments.
