I received an email this morning (16th October 2025) with a code to allow me to change my sky password. I did not request changing my Sky password. Sky in the email say if not requeted contact us and there is a link but its impossible to find a way to report this.

Re: Password Change Request - Not Requested
Hi @CS661 It sounds like a scammer trying to take over your account. If you clicked on the link and revealed any details, you will need to take some action, including changing your password via sky.com.

Re: Password Change Request - Not Requested
It might be worth setting up 2 step authentication on your account so that a code is send to your mobile when you want to access your account online. If you go ahead and do this then make sure you keep a safe note of the recovery code as you will need to use this should you need to turn this off to update your mobile number etc.
