Request for Temporary Payment Pause

I am writing to inform you that my circumstances have recently changed. I am currently an asylum seeker and receiving Section 95 support, which means I have very limited financial resources at the moment. Due to this situation, I am finding it difficult to continue my monthly payments. I kindly request if it would be possible to pause my payments temporarily for a period of at least 6 months, or provide any alternative support or reduced payment plan during this time. I would really appreciate your understanding and any assistance you can offer in this difficult situation.

@Anonymous  this is something Sky will only provide on hardware like mobile phones and sky glass TVs only 

 

payments for monthly subscription services must continue to be paid 

 

so are you currently paying off a glass tv or mobile phone purchase?
