I was trying to get the old bills of 2019, 2020 & 2021 in PDF. I called two times to sky customer care they had raised the request but no action afterwords they were saying that sky need to get the old biil from the GDPR section but they faild to send it or i don't know the other reason. Could you please let me know how i can reveive the PDF of old bill of 2019, 2020 & 2021 ?
Note I've also raised the SAR and the acknoladge ment numner is KMM65152059V62101LOKM, still no response.

How long ago was this? There are certain timeframes under the DPA2018.
