Request for Billing Statement from closed account

Hi, can anyone please advise how to request for billing statements from a closed account? I need proofs of residency from 5 years ago. I had been a customer of Sky from 2000 to 2023 and when I moved houses, my new account 'erased' my previous bills. Help!!

If you cannot access them online then you need to make a data access request (Note the timeframes): https://www.sky.com/help/forms/customer-information-request

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Re: Request for Billing Statement from closed account

Thanks for your response.

I have a current account with them at a different address. When I fill up the form, it only gives me the current account number as option. Is there another way to fill the form out manually?

Thank you.

Hi @RBaker

Can you not copy the URL and then Sign out and then Sign in with your other account and then use the copied URL to jump to the form.

Re: Request for Billing Statement from closed account

@MightyQuinn, I currently have an account with them at our new address. When I opened/registered for this current account, the details (bills, address, etc) from the previous account have been erased. My login credentials remain the same as previous account.

Hi @RBaker   Clutching at straws, can you link your old account number to your current log on? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-start-new-t1
