Repayment - But I have moved home
I just received an email from Sky saying there is a repayment they would like to send me.
When I call the phone number, the only option is to receive a check, but I have moved home. I need to talk to somebody so that they send the check to my current address or receive the repayment via other methods.
Can anyone help? Thanks!

If you still have a Sky subscription you should have contacted Sky when you moved home so they could update your details as if they don't know they think you using the service from another location other than your home and I think they make a charge for that. The number you got email is stange as a Sky number usually gives the automated system that starts off asking why you are calling. Are sure the email from Sky not some one saying it is. In. Other words a scam

@MC_ call the general customer services in order to speak to a human. From previous posts I'm fairly certain that the number in the email bypasses customer services and connects to an automated process
