@Dentmonkey  Your call is routed to the next available agent, regardless of call centre location.  There is no direct number to UK based call centre's.

 

You will need to speak to whoever you get.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You can't pick and choose which contact centre you get through to. Your call goes to the next available agent wherever they are based.
