Renewal rates
I'm due to review a broadband only contract that is coming to an end in January. Currently paying £28 a month and is expected to increase to £46.
New customers are currently being offered the same subscription as I have for £29 a month. Is it a case of me ending the contract in my name then starting a new one in my husband's name? Or would Sky normally consider the deal for me as an existing customer.
many thanks

Re: Renewal rates
If you were to cancel this would mean that you would have to return your broadband hub so you would be with no service while your husband was then to sign up into his name as there could be a wait before the line was then activated again. Sky are also quite wise to people that do that so the best thing you can do nearer the end of this minimum term is to call Sky to see what they will offer you if you were to agree to a new 24 month contract.

Re: Renewal rates
You cannot realistically expect new customer rates if you aren't one.
The only way you're likely to get such a rate is as a new customer from a different provider.
Attracting new customers is apparently harder than keeping them...
