Renewal problem
It is time to think about renewing. I got the email saying what my options are, the price will go up if I don't do anything. In the email, it shows the options, I like one of them, I click on the link with the ref number and the website says:
Technical error
It’s not you, it’s us. Try refreshing the page. Or use the link below to start again.
I have tried again. Many times. I went into the offers section and can see the version that I want, but they are charging an extra £3 per month for the next two years on top of what the email says.
Why are they refusing to honour the offer made in their email on the website, on the same day that I recieved the email and what do I do about this, please?

I'd suggest phoning Sky. They can see the correspondance sent associated with your account so they should be able to honour it over the phone.

May be worth try refreshing your cookies in your browser or using another browser on another device and see if that helps to get passed the Technical error problem.
Otherwise, call Sky and reference the email you have received.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Some of the quieter times to ring are early morning or late evening.
