Renewal offer not honoured

Has anyone else experienced renewing their subscription with a new offer, only for Sky billing not to honour the agreed contract?

I’ve called twice and sent three complaint emails. Each time I’ve spoken to customer service, they’ve acknowledged the issue and assured me it would be fixed—but nothing has changed. I don’t have the time to keep calling, so I’ve tried emailing instead, but I’m just getting generic and sometimes contradictory responses.

It’s really frustrating at this point. I’m now considering cancelling altogether, as I would never have agreed to the higher price they’re currently charging me.

Have you tried filling in this online complaints form:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/complaints


This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further

Yes I did this yesterday but the first reply contradicted itself and then the subsequent emails contradicted themselves further.
