Renewal issue

Hello. I had access to our renewal options yesterday but I upgraded our broadband first. Now when I try to go into my renewal options it says there is a technical error and I can't access it any more. My renewal is due at the end of this week and I really want to get it sorted.

Give Sky a call as you might find that offer you something that can match or even beat anything online.

Thanks. But I had access to my renewal options yesterday with fairly decent discounts. I'd just like to get access back to it. 

I upgraded the broadband and now I can't see my tv renewal offers. 

My new broadband is supposed to go live today but we haven't had any confirmation text

I suspect that's the cause. The renewal proposition may have changed because of the change,in your subscription.

Yeah I thought it might be that. I really just wanted to renew the tv package before the end of the week. Looks like I may have to phone up, I was trying to avoid that 😆
