Renewal contract

Hi all. Why my new price is37pounds per month, but if I apply like new customer my price will be 28 pounds per month.

Most, if not all providers do this now. If you choose to leave the same will happen at the end of your discounted deal with whoever you go with. Once you've been away for 18 months you'll be able to rejoin Sky and benefit from new customer discounts.

No. My new offer is 35 pounds per month for 100Mb/s. But I'm not happy with this price. Before I payed less.

Sky are extremely unlikely to offer you a new customer price.  Either accept/negotiate the offer or give notice to leave (where you can get a new customer price elsewhere).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

All you can do is call Sky to try and negoitate but its very unlikely Sky would offer anything close to an existing deal if that deal was a new customer deal.

Recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are much harder to come by. That'll be the same with all providers.
