I'd like to renew my TV contract without adding any additional services but this option isn't available online or through mysky app on phone and tv.
It seems i have call sky and wait in a queue.
Is this cirrect or am i getting special treatment from sky.

...but to get discounts you'll have to contact them to discuss.

So frustrating!!! I received an email saying that I could renew easily in 5 minutes online. But of course you cannot. In an age of netflix and other such providers why do they choose to make things so difficult. It really would not take much to cancel altogether.
