Renew contract

Hi, my Sky Singature account expires in about three weeks. In my acccount there appears to be no option to renew, or any relevant offers.  Do I need to phone Sky? Thanks.

Your account doesn't actually expire as your subscription will continue as normal but you will see a price increase due to this so in a weeks time I would give Sky a call to see if they will offer you another discount and if they do you will have to agree to a new 18 month contract.

Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available.
