Renew & Upgrade Sky Package

I'm 9months through my existing 18month contract but I'd like to upgrade my Broadband to full fibre as this is now available in my area.

I've been told this is possible but I need to take out a new 18month contract but I'd rather keep my whole Sky package on the same contract.

Is it possible to renew and subscribe to a new contract whilst part way thorugh an existing contract?

I'm not sure this will be possible as contracts usually start when a new service begins but you could give Sky a call to double check this with them.

Is there any way to get online chat with Sky rather than phone?

You could try Twitter or Facebook Messenger as there are no other ways to contact Sky about this.
