Renew TV but not Broadband?

Hi,

My contract is due to renew, from the app and online I can only renew both TV and Broadband - what if I just want to renew TV only? The broadband renewal price is not very competitive.

I tried to call but they quoted me a price higher than the online price and that was only if I renewed both.as well.

What would happen if I renewed both and then just switched broadband during the cooling off period? As the TV is a separate package with separate billing period would that be left as is?

Others may be able to confirm but I don't think a cooling off period applies in this situation.

However, when the price increases you will be able to leave (April 2026).
