Removing an item from our Sky package

Hi, we have a contract with yourselves until 2027, but as I am no longer working from home I do not need to be paying for the 'anytime calls' which is listed.  Can this be removed from our package before our contract ends? Kind regards Teresa

This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here.

 

You need to call Sky to revert to the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff.

 

That way if you make no calls there are no Sky Talk charges. (The Pay As You Talk tariff is the default tariff when you join).
