No resolution after nearly 3 weeks

Sky upped my package price from £22 to £25 without any prior warning. No email, no call. Nothing.

Raised it. I was told I'd been emailed, I have not, I asked for proof of email as I'd have left if they were putting it up by thay much. 

 

Was told I'd be contacted within 10 days. This was 12/4. 

No contact as of yet, (unless they call from a Spam blocked number), and no email.

Appalling customer service.

Was this the annual price increase that affects all customers. Have you checked your email junk box? I received my email on 7 March.
