SKY have removed by Discovery Plus Premium Subscription!
I used to have discovery plus and access to TNT sports last week, and for the past couple months. But suddenly I've been signed out and when I called sky, a lady was very rude to me and kept repeating "usually customers aren't given Discovery Plus Premium".
We re-bought sky about a month ago as we were promsied TNT sports through discovery plus and sky sports, as our main attaraction is to watch football. When we called up the lady wouldn't answer questions, and instead ignored the fact that once we had TNT sports and now we don't!

I'd think their point was it would be extremely unusual to be 'given' a TNT subscription (c£25 - £30 pcm) because that would essentially wipe out any profit margin on the account...
The bundled version of Discovery+ has a small amount of Sports content, and is about to lose this.

You should note that Sky normally gives new customers access to everything before installation so they can sample what they may miss.

I understand it was unusual because when sold the package the we explained that were only purchasing for champions league and premier league football, the first being on TNT sports and latter on Sky Sports Football.
I then had access to TNT sports for a whole month, which alligned with the promise the lady sold to us on the phone, this has since disappeared.
If there was to be no profit margin for Sky, why then sell to us an unprofitable package, which exploited myself as an older lady, who only wants to provide football coverage for her children.
Purchasing all seperately would have been incredibly expensive, so this deal was really attractive to us.

Would I find this on sky.com?

This is getting confusing. Are you saying that you are subscribed to Sky Sports and TNT Sports which costs you at least £50 a month for the two?
Or are you saying that you were sold these subscription at no cost? If this is the case (seems extremely unlikely) then you need to raise a complaint How to Raise a Complaint with Sky. They have the facility to listen or read your communication with them. Make sure that you include the date and time of the conversation in the complaint.

Yes I completly relate to you that this is confusing.
We were promised TNT sports and Sky sports on the phone, I then had access to it for a month, now it is gone.
Unfortunately I didn't record the date and time of this conversation, which to be honest, would've been unusual to do.
