Remove films from subscription

I no longer want films and need a lower broadband

To remove part of your TV package (Cinema) you need to give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount. You may be able to remove it from your MySky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
otherwise you can either call Sky or maybe try the messaging service

If your Broadband/Talk discounts have ended give Sky a call to negotiate a new deal which will now be for 24 months.
