Remote replacement

Has anyone had this happen? - I requested a new remote but then got a text to say it couldn't be processed and to call the number on the text. So I did - it was a bot. Said it can see my order was requested but not yet processed yet. And that was it. I could not get any further to find out what has happened and I can't find any other number to call on here either.

Depending was on what remote it is it would be quicker to urchasebone elsewhere yourself as you can do this with Sky+ and Sky Q remotes.
