Here's a draft email:

Subject: Rejoining Sky - Confirmation of No Termination Charges

Dear Sky Support,

Hi, I've recently rejoined Sky after previously cancelling my contract due to costs. I was told by your team that I wouldn't be charged any termination fees from my previous contract. Could you please confirm this is correct and clear any outstanding charges?

I've been a loyal Sky customer for over 15 years and appreciate your help with this.

Thanks,
[Your Name]

@Mrs+m+Chaudary When you post on the Forum like you did then it goes no Further, this is NOT Sky Customer Service.

You need to call sky about whatever request that you need! Sky do not use e-mail in any communication apart from the complaints process!

Probably worth pointing out that any termination charges from previous contracts, would have had to be paid when you terminated the previous contract ( and if they were due and weren't paid Sky would have passed the debt over to a debt collector).
