I was told Sky would cover all remaining termination costs on my BT account if I took the Sky Steaming offer, which I did.
I am now receiving texts from BT asking me to pay the termination cost. I hope that Sky are dealing with the payment as I am not happy with this.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mikeaustin2558 that isn't how it works. You have to pay the bill and. Sky have a credit switching scheme where they will credit your account with up to £100 for Broadband adn up to £100 for TV to cover the cost of early termination charges. The scheme and process is all explained here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer

That is not what was agreed when signing up. I asked the question numerous times and given the same answer, Sky would cover all costs on switching over.

Regardless that's not how it works. The process has been posted above.

'cover' (their word) is not the same as 'deal with' (your phrase)
The sum claimed (up to the limits given above) is 'covered' by a Sky account credit, but it's the customer who has to do the legwork: Sky simply isn't permitted to talk to BT on your behalf for billing matters.
