Rejoining as a customer

This website and bot is annoying. I recieved a calll to make me a offer of rejoining. They said to come here and cannot speak to anyone here just a bot that keeps asking me what I want to cancel. I just want to rejoin or sign up on the offer they said on phone. Can you call me or give me a phone call. Not sure how you get customers as its so difficult to sign up. Regards Wall1

We can't call you because on this forum we are all customers. 

best thing I can suggest is to get to the end of this link saying "need more help" until you get to an 0333 number

when you call, ignore any suggestions to go online and stay on the call as long as you can. I know that some people suggest, don't choose an option from the menu - just let the options exhaust until hopefully it says - putting  you through to a person

What do you mean by "come here" @WALL1 as this is a customer helps customer forum so did they give you a weblink to use ?
