Reject payment

Last Thursday I prepared payment through SKY apps. Unfortunately it was failed.  So I retry again but still same symptom.  The worst situation is these transactions pending on my debit card.  Chase bank said to me need the merchant confirm the transactions was failed or rejected.  Now, what can I do?

Why? If you have a continuous payment method set up (which you should have), you never need to make an unnecessary manual payment.

The system turn off my direct debit and not allowed me to reset.  So that previous months I settled the bill manually.
