Reinstating my account

I am trying to reinstate my account but finding it hard to contact someone to help with this, everytime I call I get the automated service which doesn't connect me and cant seem to find an email address to get in touch, any help appreciated.

Have your services been restricted due to non payment of a bill or are you trying to return to Sky after previously cancelling and leaving ?

@caesarome  It was due to late payment which has since been paid, have done what was asked in paying bill and setting up payment, but its still showing as restricted, I have called a few times but only get automated service which then cuts me off, cant see an email address or live chat to contact, thanks in advance for any help.

When did you make this payment and how late were you in paying this bill ?

@caesarome  Paid in the last couple of days and probably about a month late.

If you you were a month late you will also have to manually pay the next bill as well before your services will be reinstated. The reason being when a bill isn't paid then the automatic payment method (card payment/direct debit) has to be setup again so Sky can not take this next payment as this is not in place.

@caesarome ok thanks for advising this, how would I do this if my account is now showing zero and nothing to pay on this, do you have any details of how I can speak with a sky employee through the community about getting this sorted.

There is nobody here that you can talk to so you could try to see if you can get through via the phone:

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
