Money had been taken from the bill that i pay but been taken out of daughters account
Bill been paid but I pay the bill not me daughter so it hadn't been taken from my account but me daughters bank account not happy

I presume that you haven't got a continuous card payment or direct debit set up (as per the T's and C's you agreed to. Sky must have had your daughters bank details on record, it having been used to pay you bill previously. Give Sky a call and discuss your payment method.
