Reinstatement

Good day,

Hope all is well. I made the necessary payments for the account so there should be no debt or owing fees. I haven’t been in the apartment since June but have been paying. I was late those months because I forgot due to my absence as I am currently still not back in nthe UK but I paid all fees.

I do not want to terminate and was trying to email you guys on how to reinstate as I haven't seen how . I am not in the UK so trying to send back equipment at the moment id impossible. I am suppose to return sometime next year and if I do not still will cancel my services. I also was curious on Is the termination fee that high because I haven’t had the wifi for more than a year?

Kind regards,

Makayla Ellis

@Makayla242  whilst you have cleared your outstanding debt If you have made no payments since June then the likelihood is sky has cancelled your account altogether

you would have to contact Sky about reinstating but there is no guarantee sky will allow you to reinstate due to poor payment history

@Makayla242

You would need to phone Sky to see what the status of your account is but as @Makayla242 of this bill hasn't been paid since June then they are within their rights to terminate your account.
