Reinstate

I missed my bill and services were took away on Monday, I paid my bill straight away and a message on tv said up to two hours.

three days later and 16 calls later still not resolved. Done the usual malarkey restart tv etc,

utterly awful service. Needs resolved right away

You  are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here, have you also setup  a continuous payment plan with  sky as they will not reinstate  your  account  until  the  bill is paid  and you  have setup  a direct debit with  them, you will  need to call sky about this

Hi @Kemps   There is not much detail there, but have you set up your continuous payment method again? Sometimes this is removed on a failed payment.

@Kemps
Until you’ve done this any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a full payment.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well and if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/
