Reinstate services

I paid my overdue bill this evening, and it says I can reinstate my services but every time I try it says it's failed. There's no outstanding balance either.

Have you set up your payment method again as this will need doing if you are yet to do this.

Then you are waiting for the banks to clear the payment you made which might not be until Monday at the earliest. In the meantime you could try seeing if you can call Sky to talk to them about this, when on the phone and asked anything by the bot say nothing and remain on the line.
