Reinstate my services

I am looking to update my boys ipads for christmas but everytime I get a message saying Error - account is restricted. 

With an option to press a button to reinstate my services. When i click the button, it moves through saying everything is ok with my account. Go back onto mobile to search for the upgrades and then back to square one with the same error message.

You have two options here, you can either call Sky support so they can help you with the upgrade order or if you prefer for this restricted issue message only we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via a private message on here so let us know what you would prefer ?

Hi,

 

Thank you for your speedy message.

Please can you ask for someone to private message, I would like full access to my account. There are a fair few devices on the account and would like it working for the future.

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
